This junmai nigori is bright and lively with fresh tropical notes. Creamy and almost chewy on the palate which lends to dry earthy balance to the milky, coconut fruit notes that are typical of the nigori style.

A well rounded sake with notes of banana and very ripe honeydew aroma has a clean, crisp acidity that highlights its light to medium body. The lingering finish moves from juicy fruitiness to green herbal notes.
